Called for two backed up bathrooms & SCCC came out & tried jetting & snaking for several hours before packing up suddenly leaving my bathroom filthy d inches of black sludge in my shower & charging me for the incomplete service telling me they needed to come back the next day with a minijet to finish the job then sent me an estimate for 2x what I'd already paid them to come back.
I decided to get a second opinion from Buckeye Drain Solutions who found that SCC had broken their snake head off in my shower drain & didn't tell me & were going to charge me to fix their own mistake.
Luckily Buckeye Drain Solutions had the equipment & skill to resolve my problem after a couple of trips which they only charged me for when the problem was actually resolved. Don't give SCC your money, call Buckeye instead.

Wonderful company!! I would highly recommend! Dan and Jacob came out because we had a tree root issue. They could not have been nicer. They explained everything they were doing and fixed our issue right away. Thank you! I would not hesitate to use them again. Very nice, honest company!

Dan and Jacob were great! They addressed every question and concern that I had without hesitation. They went above and beyond with extra effort to get the job done on time despite an issue that cropped up. Overall a pleasant experience.

They were so quick to come. They sent worker Nick T. To our house he was so awesome couldnt ask for a better person. He had to replace our water heater and it was such a pain. He didn't cut any corners and wanted to make sure everything was working, in the right place, and not leaking. Others would've got aggravated and left it half done but not nick. Nick stayed for hours trying to figure it out and fix it! He made sure everything was working and not leaking anymore, thank you so much Nick!!!!!
