I needed a back flow test done quickly for the City and Severson Plumbing was able to have a tech come out the next day and provide the service for our system. Very impressed with their response and the tech was very professional and had the job done quickly. I will use Severson for future plumbing issues.

Awesome first time experience with Severson’s! Left voicemail at 7:30am, received callback before 8 am, tech diagnosed problem before 11 am, new water heater up and running by 3 pm. Incredibly friendly and informative techs. And not pushy for more expensive products. We will definitely be using Severson’s for all plumbing issues in the future. Highly recommend!

The technician Jeremy diagnosed the problem quickly and explained to us what was needed to repair it. He was friendly and informative and had us up and running quickly. We’ve used Severson for some plumbing projects and liked the service and fair pricing, we are happy they also do heating and cooling repair.
