Don't hire them, please don't. They give the impression of being a reputable company, but they're not, believe me, they're not. I told them where the pipe was because other people had done previous work for me, and they didn't care. They just kept drilling holes "looking" for the pipe, but what makes me angriest is that they left a hole in the wall on the inside. I told them about it to see if they were going to patch it up. At first, they kept giving me the runaround, and in the end, they just stopped answering me. Obviously, when you hire them, you're supposed to be reputable because of the guarantee they offer. After they didn't even bother to patch a hole, I'm forgetting about using the guarantee.

They designed and installed a water tank and pumps. I already had a tank on the roof of the house (from which the water flowed by gravity). What they did was install another tank on the lower level to collect water, and then use the pump to supply the upper tank.
They are punctual and readily available, however, they are somewhat messy and you have to keep an eye on them to make sure they don't leave holes unrepaired, exposed pipes, or other shoddy work.
They initially quoted me for a design, and then told me it wouldn't work that way and changed the entire installation location.
After completing the installation, they told me there was a possibility that the pumps could burn out if there was no water in the system, which I find incredibly irresponsible not to mention from the beginning.
It's also worth mentioning that he finished at one house (they were two identical installations) and then went to the other. He finished and left, and when I went to check on the first house, it turned out there wasn't a drop of water inside, only outside. He'd left something wrong upstairs, and I had to wait three hours for him to come back and fix it.
I think he's fine for simpler jobs, but I wouldn't recommend him for more complicated ones.
