DO NOT HIRE HIM! HE'S UNRELIABLE AND IRRESPONSIBLE!
The man came to fix a leak, said he was leaving, and told me it was finished, but it was still leaking. Then he said he was going to buy some parts and asked me to deposit 1300 pesos for his incomplete work. I deposited it, and he said he would charge me even more when he returned. Later, he called me and said Home Depot didn't have the parts (even though the website said they had 57 parts physically available), and hung up. Then he told me he had already left to do another job. He left the leak worse than before. The man didn't answer my calls and blocked me, clearly after having charged me for his supposed but shoddy work.

It's all a scam and they don't solve anything. They tell you they won't charge you for the visit if you accept the quote (included), but that's not true. They send someone who charges you extra for the visit (not included) and then they never come back.
