Aleks is an amazing, experienced craftsman and fun to work with. We had a leak at the base of our upstairs toilet. Aleks pulled the toilet, then gave me a couple weeks to do my demolition. He then returned to check on the existing toilet flange and pipe prior to my reconstruction of the area. A week later he came back exactly when he said he would to rebuild and reset the toilet in time for the holidays. He went the extra mile at every level, helping me find replacement parts for the toilet tank and even replacing my toilet flush handle while he was here, even though we had not discussed this prior to his arrival. He also replaced copper pipe downstairs which is now beautiful and functional. A miracle of repair! I am very happy with his work. It's reassuring to know there are still working craftsmen who are so capable and easy to work with. But wait -- there's more. The communication from Yvette in the main office was also superb. She kept me well-informed all the way through and was patient with me on the phone and by text. Bottom line: I highly recommend Aleks, Yvette and the entire Service Plus Plumbing team! Give them a call for all your plumbing needs! You'll be glad you did.

We needed our main water line replaced and got quotes from 4 companies. While Service Plus wasn't the lowest bid, I felt confident they would do the highest quality work. During the estimate process, Landon took the time to inspect the work area and discuss pros and cons of optional modifications to the project. We are so pleased with his attention to detail. As a routine part of this process, holes were dug in the yard. I think our yard actually looked nicer after he meticulous filled in the holes!! Our replacement shut-off is located in the laundry room, where we aren't too worried about appearances, but it actually looks fantastic! If we need plumbing services in the future, we will go with Service Plus!!

When Landon came out to quote the job I was impressed with his committment to quality, attention to details and the clear solutions he had for our pipe refit. He gave us a good price and worked with our schedule. The 2 plumbers he sent were excellent and followed through with the details, good communication, careful and solid work.

I hired Service Plus Plumbing because I wanted the peace of mind that comes with using a licensed and insured company. Unfortunately, what should have been a routine plumbing job turned into a nightmare.
The plumber was extremely confident, but that confidence was not matched by the level of care taken during the work. As a result, water leaked through our ceiling, causing significant damage and leaving us dealing with a major construction and restoration project inside our home.
The stress this has created has been overwhelming. What began as a plumbing repair has turned into weeks of disruption, contractors coming and going, damage to our home, and countless hours spent managing the aftermath.
What was particularly disappointing was overhearing the plumber ask his boss if I had turned the water back on when they arrived to assess the damage. The suggestion that responsibility might somehow be shifted to the homeowner after such a clear mistake was difficult to hear.
The one positive takeaway is that I chose an insured company. Had I not, the financial consequences could have been devastating.
I sincerely hope this incident serves as a learning experience for the company. Mistakes can happen, but humility, accountability, and attention to detail are essential in this profession. A little less arrogance and a lot more caution would go a long way toward preventing another homeowner from experiencing what we have endured.
