In less than 24hrs, their team diagnosed my eleven year old HVAC system (sadly, needed a new A/C & furnace) and replaced it with a new, high efficiency system. Other companies told me they could fit me into their schedule in August, two months later! Tyler, Jesse & Adrian did a great job! 👍

Michael Ryan, my technician from years ago, was my go-to for yesterday’s AC repair. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and thorough. He walked me through the entire process, explaining everything in detail. He was prompt and efficient, quickly cooling down our home after we returned home to a failed unit and a 92-degree indoor temperature. As of this morning, we’re at a crisp 70 degrees, and I couldn’t be more pleased. We’ve been loyal customers of Scott Hale for years and will continue to rely on them for all our future needs. Thanks again, Michael!

Their tech (Eddie) and work and know-how and pricing were all absolutely phenomenal. I couldn't be happier and more grateful for the excellent job they did on replacing my sump pump, cleaning everything up, making sure it was up to code, appropriate for the house, everything. And the price was 60% of the other guys, I saved thousands! I'm so, SO pleased; will definitely call Scott Hale Plumbing again!!

I had a good experience with Keith. He was quick to get the shower drain flowing again. He gave my kids candy after asking permission. He was friendly and courtious. I only gave 4 stars and not 5 because I have a service plan and I was surprised that it still cost me just over $200 to snake my shower drain. That's life I guess. Thank you Keith for getting us flowing. Your card is going on the fridge.

Called Scott Hale Sunday (6/14) morning due to back to back vanity’s overflowing in a rental I manage. They get stars for being the ones willing to show up on the weekend semi promptly. That’s about all I can say positively. The technician that came out was friendly- but extremely salesy. He spent approximately 30 mins trying to snake the drain but kept popping up the vanity on the other side of the wall. He claimed he couldn’t get into the main stack where the clog was. He proceeded to explain to me how we would need to rip out the vanities, open up the wall, and redo the old cast iron pipes so he could get into the main stack. I asked for a ballpark price and was told $2,000-$10,000. Yea right. He also spent a good little bit trying to get me to purchase drain cleaner. Which I would have considered if the drains were clear. Sent him on his way after paying for a lack of actually solving my problem. Not too happy about that. $270 down and the drains are still clogged. He said we would come back the following day and put a camera down the drain to see the situation and get a better idea. I was like ok whatever. With the problem unresolved and the sinks still overflowing, I proceeded to spend the next 6 hours cleaning up wet floor, cutting out the back of the vanity, cutting out the drywall, exposing the plumbing, trying to get through the clean out (which was rusted stuck). With no other options and a small wimpy drain auger I had to rip out a t-joint to access the main stack. I eventually unclogged it enough that the tenants wouldn’t have any issue overnight, though it was still somewhat clogged. The following day I called a new plumber who came, and using a drop head auger, snaked the main stack in approximately 15 mins. He cleaned the drains better than i was able to the day before. $170 and fixed the problem. Overall, probably won’t ever call Scott Hale back for anything. They weren’t able to solve a semi easy problem with tools they should have had and ended up trying to sell me in thousands of dollars of repairs. 2/5 stars Edit: After posting this review, management reached out to me and apologized and issued a refund for charging and not solving the issue. Happy with this customer service 4/5
