We found out the water pressure in my brother’s house in Lake Country Estates was significantly higher than normal and we also had a small leak where the water line from the meter joined to our house. Plumber Casey Kimbler assessed the issue and came up with the plan and executed it efficiently and professionally. He had to dig up the pipes and equipment located in the front yard. The sprinkler system had to be reattached to the system properly since it had previously been hooked up wrong.
Casey determined that problem in his assessment. He was the only plumber who did. The shortcut would have been to ignore fixing it.
Overall we were very pleased with the work. By the way Casey took pictures of the progress as he worked and included pictures with the invoice. The final cost was as estimated. Excellent work.

We needed a full repipe for our 70 year old house and when collecting bids, Wess from Schrader was clearly the most thorough in his assessment of our needs and gave us a price that was $4,000 more affordable than the next nearest.
Wess and his team were friendly and professional. They took their time and did an incredible job. Since our house and pipes had lots of ‘old house problems’, what was supposed to be a 2 1/2 day job ended up being nearly 5 days with extra plumbers brought in to finish as quickly as possible. They were thorough, considerate, and highly knowledgeable about potential issues and optimal solutions.
I would recommend Schrader, and Wess specifically, for any major plumbing projects you may need.

We had backed up sewer drain and toilet overflow problem. Schrader very efficiently got us scheduled. High marks for texting and email and phone notifications regarding appointment.
The plumber, Weldon was on-time and very polite and professional. He told me everything he was going to do. He took beforehand pictures. He was very good at identifying my level of knowledge and then speaking clearly at my level if understanding.
We got the immediate problem addressed and also talked about pros and cons of possible next steps. Weldon provided clear & useful information, an estimate of recommended work, and no sales pressure.
So, homeowner stuff costs money but it hurts less when I have reason to believe I'm dealing with an honest professional. Schrader is a solid choice. Five stars.

We had an outstanding experience with Casey and his apprentice Austin from Shrader Plumbing. They did a fantastic job diagnosing and repairing our slab leak quickly and professionally.
Before calling them, we had another plumber come out who immediately tried to sell us on replacing our water heater and granular activated carbon system — both of which are completely fine. It was such a relief to have Casey take the time to thoroughly assess the situation and correctly identify the real issue instead of pushing unnecessary replacements.
Casey also went above and beyond by figuring out that our water heater was still under warranty. He ordered the necessary parts and handled the repair, saving us a significant amount of money. Throughout the entire process, he took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done and why, which we really appreciated.
