His crew did a great job and I had a new line in two days and the concrete repaired a day later.

Saia was outstanding! They came the day after I contacted them. Arrived early - after notifying me - and got the work done to replace my tankless water heater in less than 2.5 hours!from arrival to departure. Sal and Austin were extremely nice and knowledgeable. They explained everything I needed to know! And made sure it was all in full working order before they left! I will be using them for future plumbing needs for sure!

Mike and his team were great! I sent him a message Saturday night and he called me back immediately. We had a leaking hot water heater that needed to be replaced (it was 19 years old). He came out on Sunday morning and took a look at everything and made a plan to come 1st thing Monday morning with his team to replace the hot water heater. He even set up an electrician to help get everything up to code. Would definitely use him again!

Very good service; did what they said they would. Accurate troubleshooting.
We had a subsurface sink drain incorrectly hooked up to our roof gutter downspouts drain line, and our kitchen sink was draining onto the sidewalk. And the sewer line had to be re-plumbed to teh sink drain and sunk lower to allow for the drain water to fall and flow correctly.
It was not cheap, but it was expected for such a deep and long x 30' trench.
