We cannot express our appreciation with this company enough. Their professionalism, patience and reliability is top notch! Krista was so kind and amazing to work with. We had run into a few issues with an outside source we had used for our sink purchase which had created a problem with scheduling but Krista was kind and accommodating. Thank you Krista! Our technician Joshua was patient with our issue as well. He was professional, punctual and did amazing work putting our sink in. We highly recommend this company and their staff for home plumbing concerns.

Andy did a great job replacing my water heater as well as a few minor plumbing repairs. Small family run operation great communication. It might not mean much but as organized and clean as they keep their vans says a lot about the pride the take in their company!

Great service. They’re always available within 48 hours and quicker for emergencies. Kristy spent 35 minutes with me on the phone until I found the right faucet for my sink and was so helpful. Appreciate it so much!!

S. M. Pynn & Sons started off promising, but the experience was mixed. They were late without any communication, and I had to reach out myself for updates. After being told they were “on the way,” they didn’t arrive until much later due to a fender bender.
However — once they arrived, the two men actually put in effort. They spent real time trying to locate my yard cap, which wasn’t easy, and they snaked the line thoroughly before determining the pipe was likely broken. They were professional on-site, and they gave me a referral before leaving.
Overall, they weren’t bad, but communication and punctuality need major improvement.

OMGOSH!! What amazing service! First of all Krista in the office was so kind and considerate in getting our problem fixed immediately. Our technician was here and gone in minutes getting everything taken care of. Two days before Thanksgiving and cannot say enough for what a wonderful experience this was! Thank you to such a fine company and I will be singing their praises for a long time.
