We have used Rural for over 20 yrs since we bought our house. They have always been on time and when we had an alarm going off they came right away to fix it. Always friendly service and very informative. Will keep using the until we move out of the area. Very pleased with the service. Highly recommend!

Great service, Kyle was very kind and knowledgeable. He added bacteria to our tank as the bed was failing and told me what do moving forward. He was kind and answered all my many questions with patience and kindness.
This was the first time we had our tank drained and Rural sanitation will be our vendor moving forward!
