Had a pretty disappointing experience with this plumbing job. The irrigation stub-out was done in a rushed, sloppy way that doesn’t meet what I’d consider basic standards. Instead of properly securing the pipe with a stub-out support or even a simple bracket to framing, they just ran the pipe straight through the wall. The result is a loose pipe that moves in and out, which is not only unprofessional but will likely cause issues over time (seal failure, potential leaks, etc.). This feels like a “get in, get out” job rather than doing it the right way. I expected a secure, properly supported stub-out—not something that already feels like it will need to be fixed later. Would not recommend based on this experience. EDIT: The first 2 photos is the work of Royal. Pex run through the open for an irrigation stubout. Absolutely no mechanical reinforcement. The copper is the quality work of their competition. When providing photos to Royal after complaining they stated "this is the best that it could be run". Clearly it was not.

I would not recommend this company if you want a plumber who stands behind their work. They were the plumbing contractor for our new construction home. Just over a year after moving in, multiple exterior spigots failed due to incredibly poor installation. A properly installed spigot shouldn't fall apart or detach from a house in 12 months. If you are hiring a plumber for a project, I highly recommend finding a company that secures their fixtures properly the first time and values long-lasting workmanship. Look elsewhere.

Responsive and polite. They were the plumbing contractor on new build. Paid builder to stub in half bath basement. Plumbing contractor stub in at 10 inches. which is ok but limits options on toilets. The next problem is when you go to finish and add 1/2 dry wall and 1/2 inch trim. Now you are down to 9 inches. So called plumber (Royal Plumbing)back out to get estimate on installing flange. They came out on 12/17 Plumber said said that it needed offset flange because to close to wall and. Approved install (they also set toilet which was nice) and was charged. Called warranty person for home builder and he was a little upset , but called plumbing company and they refunded money. Now toilet is leaking around bol wax. Called them this morning and since they had to issue refund, they are done and not warrantying the leaky toilet. I guess standing behind work is a thing of the past. The owner will not or has not called me back he allows his his Receptionist to deal with it. So if you use them just be aware.

These guys are the worst. He takes apart my sink and puts one of the traps on backwards. Fixed that on my own. Then two months later I discovered that he broke the screw stem coming from my sink basket to the drain pipe. It had been hanging unconnected for that long and I didn't notice cause I rarely use that side of the sink. They came out twice and couldn't fix my sink drain pipes. I had to demand my money back. Run far away from these jokers.

I called them to my home to replace an exterior hose bib, now I have an older home and access to the pipe from the interior of the basement isn’t super easy but NOT impossible. The tech that came out told me I needed to replace the entire pipe. The access is behind the basement bathroom wall and he explained that he would have to cut a few holes in the wall to see if he could even get access (Which I agreed to) but once he did that stated he still couldn’t figure out how to do it. At this point stated he would have to come back once we completely removed the wall and studs in the area so he could access the pipes. He then charged us $200+ for an hourly rate. I was able to have a neighbor (who is absolutely not a plumber) come take a look and he had it replaced in 45 minutes. I don’t believe they sent me someone who even had nearly enough experience and I will not be using this company again.
