On January 29, 2026 my water heater busted. We shut off our water and I immediately starting searching for a plumber near me. I remembered driving past Royal Flush Plumbers Snellville location countless times so I decided to give them a call. My call was deemed an emergency and I was told they would send someone out the same day. I was told I would receive a call when the plumber was on the way. After an hour had passed and I had not heard back from them, I called again and was told again the plumber would call me when they were on their way. Two hours later, I still had not received a call, so I called again. While on hold with their after hours staff person, I received a call informing me the plumber was stuck at a job and would not be able to get to me until the next day, but I would be a priority first thing in the morning the following day. The next morning I was trying to be patient, but in my opinion they were taking too long to call me back, so you guessed it, I called them. I was told I was still a priority and they would call when the plumber gave them an ETA. I received the call I had been waiting on!!!
They sent Justin D and he was WORTH THE WAIT!!!!!! Justin is a consummate professional. He is patient and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE in his craft. He took the time to explain the entire process to me in terms I could understand. During and after the install, he insured everything was working, answered every question I had, and made sure I understood how to properly care for the appliance and what to do in the event of a failure. His work is PRISTINE!!! To borrow his verbiage, it's CRISPY!!! Justin D WILL KEEP me coming back! Thank you Justin for the care and concern that shows through the work you perform. You are the G.O.A.T.!!!!!

We called a couple of plumbing companies that we saw had good reviews to get a quote on fixing our toilet because it was continuously running and caused our water bill to sky rocket! Royal Flush gave us the best quote so we tried them for the first time. Scheduling was easy and the plumber arrived on-time. The plumber was knowledgeable and helped us understand the issue with our toilet. They worked diligently to fix the toilet and did a great job with the repair. Our water bill is back to normal and our toilet works as it should. We would definitely call Royal Flush again if we need another plumbing service!

Hello my plumbing guy name is DJ Johnson. He did an excellent job on explaining every detail that there copy will do. I will be using there services next week. He did a magnificent job to the detail of what his company will do and supplied a 1 year warranty on all parts!!!

I had an extensive emergency plumbing need. The last company I used had AI receptionists and were completely over-priced. Royal Flush has humans answering the phones (!!!). The women I spoke with on the phone were easy to reach, kind, and responsive. Chase and Matt came out and did an awesome job diagnosing and repairing a nasty break in my main drain. Pricing was fair. I will absolutely call them again, and happily recommend them to friends and neighbors.

One of your vans and drivers is a part of inquiring party the an purple van of your fleet hit the back of my car the drivers license plate had last four digits as #4031 on may 9 2026 approximately 3:00pm. The offense was On dogwood rd and hwy 124 in gwinnett county driver was going into the qt and was very aggressive and non patient my car didn't go through any extreme damage alternaticely your company needs to make sure their drivers are safe and using better driving practices
