My family plumber passed away, so I decided to take my neighbor‘s advice and call Royal Flush. They offer free estimates and did not charge me extra for coming out on a Sunday. Stevie, the plumber, did a phenomenal job. He assessed the new toilet, the existing water line, and then gave me a fair price (especially given that this new technology requires extra steps that are more complicated than a regular toilet installation). I decided to go forward with Royal Flush and not call any other plumber because Stevie did not pressure me about the installation and was willing to get to work right away to finish the job!! Many people (including elderly people or people with disabilities) have trouble getting in showers or bathtubs, so a smart bidet toilet made sense for our family. Because Stevie was professional, courteous, kind, and extremely competent, I have just found a new plumber!!

Zero zero. Safety issue! My cold water handle popped off and sprayed water all over. Could have hit the children. Another plumber came out and said some of my issues below were likely due to the replacement valve for diverter was a sink diverter letting out 1.5gpm rather than the 5gpm.
Full story:
I had a tub handle replaced because the decorative knob broken off. First the diverter when he was finished was extremely difficult to turn. We had to go find tech in his truck and let him know it was unacceptable. So he put some grease and turned fine. We told him the flow of water was very low. Said there was nothing that could be done about it. Then the following day I realize there is water dripping from the both the hot and cold handle.
I had the sink leaking and it was misdiagnosed as faucet and it's also still leaking at this moment from the shutoff.
I had originally called about a water heater replacement and was told by tech he couldn't do it this week before my appraisal/inspection as were trying to sell our house. When I called in the next day they said they can do same-day service. Something isn't lining up between what Im told in person by the tech and the office.
They came again... not able to fix the previous work and now I have more issues than before I called Royal Flush. Im struggling now to just give my toddlers a bath. I was really looking for a local plumber business I could trust since my other plumber retired. This is not the experience that I was hoping for.
The only reason this is 2 stars is for Jeanine and Kenny who were both helpful in trying to repair the plumbing & reputation damage done by the previous tech. (Kenny actually explained issues and his thouggt process & wore shoe covers and didn't track red mud into my house like the previous tech did)

I had a fantastic experience with Nils and Royal Flush Plumbing. They were professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my kitchen faucet and had it fixed in no time. What impressed me most was how clean and respectful they were throughout the job—no mess left behind and great communication the entire time. Edit 2025! Called again this morning for another plumbing issue and Nil reported so quickly and spent the entire DAY resolving my issues! I really cannot sau rnoigh good things about these guys! Totally worth the money for the comfort of knowing my plumbing issues are fixed! Called this morning with a leak in the ceiling of my salon, and Buddy was there within 90 minutes and had the entire leak, ceiling tiles and insulation down and fixed within an hour of arrival.
Will most definitely be calling again for other work needed at our location!
