What a pleasant experience. You can at times feel, when plumbers arrive, that they think you are fortunate to have them help you. We called Royal Flush because of strong positive feedback from others. When Hudson arrived he was pleasant, created the impression that he was fortunate for the opportunity to help us. He explained his diagnosis of the issue(s). He found something we didn’t know about. They were neat as they did their work vacuuming up water and dirt along the way. Everything was fully explained and costs were clearly laid out. There were no surprises. We will be using Royal Flush as our go to plumbers in the future. They treated us like royalty!

I’m sorry I forgot the name of the guys who came out to help but after the toilet line on the downstairs floor bursted due to roots, they came out first thing the following morning and helped us figure out what had gone wrong. They also helped fix one of the water access points inside the house. They had to tear up the yard and dig 4’ down to replace the old iron pipes with new ones, and they placed hay on top after covering everything back up. They were detailed and transparent and professional guys. Thanks for your help and recommendations on how to keep our plumbing safe moving forward!

I had Royal Flush come out to our softball locker room to help diagnose a potential plumbing problem. They were so friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They diagnosed our problem, immediately solved one of our problems and quoted out other recommendations. Great experience and will definitely use them again!!

Had a plumbing issue at rental property. Called due to proximity, and I was told someone would be dispatched between 8am and 11am the next day. Received a call at 11:15am stating running behind with no idea when plumber would arrive.
Plumber arrived at 3pm, and he worked until 6pm. Prices and work were reasonable.
Two points of concern:
1. Missed the confirmed appointment time, which impacted work day.
2. Shared my number with another company concerning water remediation - which was not needed. SPAM calls will not stop!
