Tried using this business, drains backed up night before, called next morning to avoid after hour fees. Told they could schedule us in two weeks for daytime visit or place us on the after-hour list. Three teenagers in the house.......things need to drain......agreed to after-hours( extra $200). Told they would be out between 6pm and 8pm. No show. Called help line 830, different person, person stated they saw our name but on wrong list and already sent the " night guy" home. Fail. Stated they could call him back in but would take quite awhile. No thanks. Not at their prices. Cheaper to buy my own drain auger. Will shy everyone I can away from this business.

They conducted our inspections before buying the house, but they did not tell us that they would charge us for two inspections. One charge was for $75, which we received an invoice for and paid promptly. The other was $175. We did not receive a statement until ot was "past due" 60 days. We've been ripped off, no doubt in my mind.

I had Bull Ridge Plumbing try to come over and clear my washer drain. They were unable to do so. They quoted me over two thousand dollars to break up the concrete, take out some dry wall, and put in a new pipe. Roto-Rooter came over and cleared the drain in an hour for $140. They saved me over $2K!!! My experience was fantastic!

Had the guy look at the water heater for like 5 minutes just to tell me if it needed to be replaced or repaired. He showed up looking totally unprofessional and like he hadn't showered in days. Didn't tell me what I owed. Now I'm out over $80 after receiving my first bill saying I'm late already. Not even close to getting my name right on the bill. Doubt there would be repercussions for not paying. Just called to make sure I had the address right and the after-hours telephone person on the phone was incredibly rude. Would definitely not recommend. Avoid like a bag of poop on fire. Because they're basically the same thing.

I had a very blessed experience with this company( Roto-Rooter). I had a pretty serious sewer backup and it was after hours. They sent David out to our house fairly quick and he was very respectful, kind and willing to do what was needed in order to fix the problem. He was patient with my kids questions haha and took care of the issue at hand. Very clean and respectful.
