I had an emergency drain pipe issue and the crew of Sean, Alex and Rick from Roto-Rooter was absolutely outstanding. They worked incredibly hard under very difficult conditions in a shallow, dark, damp crawlspace with very limited room to move. Despite the confined workspace, they remained positive, professional, and focused the entire time.
They removed the old damaged Orangeburg drain pipe and replaced it with real expertise and attention to detail. What impressed me most was how knowledgeable and respectful the crew was throughout the whole job. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and kept the work area as clean as possible.
You could tell they genuinely cared about doing the job right. I’m extremely grateful for their hard work and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend this crew to anyone dealing with a drain pipe emergency like I was. Excellent service from start to finish.

Service was really good, Romaine, your technician was great. However, I felt seriously overcharged for the job.
We had the exact same work done by South Shore Drain service 6 months ago.
They charged a reasonable $300.
Your charge of $681 for 25 minutes of work, was absolutely ridiculous.
I’d like a $300 refund.

I was so pleased with Christian’s service to fix my leaking shower. He was on time. His ability to diagnose the problem, offer options for correction, perform the repairs, take his time to finish the job right, and clean up the area like he was never there is much appreciated. Kiro was amazing. Out was my first experience going a plumber and he evaluated the situation and told me what needed to be done and the best way to do it. For a young plumber, he was knowledgeable and friendly. Roto rooter is notoriously expensive but the job was much needed. Fingers crossed my old pipes stay clear

We had a tough kitchen drain clog about 20’ down the line. Gabe arrived and went right to work. He snaked it nearly a half dozen times, using his experienced bag of tricks to clear the grease clog. Even when it seemed clear he went back to it to make sure the entire pipe was free of residue. Gabe was excellent. He was dedicated to the work and clearly a professional. He made sure everything was clean and tidy, even refolding the towels that were underneath the sink. After he finished he gave us some tips to be sure that the drain didn’t re-clog. As a face of this large company, he was polite and courteous. Roto-Rooter should be proud to call him an employee.
