Had a major leak with no time to waste. 2nd time using Roto Rooter. They came the next day after my call, explained everything thoroughly, part of the wall collapsed on Tech Kristin but he took it like a champ. Best part was it costs less than I thought it would. Very satisfied.

When I finally realized that my water heater had died, it was already after hours. Unfortunately for me, I had a gate valve at my water heater and that was broken, so I literally had to turn my water main off which left me with no running water. This was on a Monday. I called a couple of places with one saying the earliest they could come out was Wednesday afternoon, and another place saying it was going to be a $200 after hours fee. Roto-Rooter told me they would be at my house in the next couple of hours and there was no emergency fee. Unfortunately they called me back and said they were so backed up that they didn’t think they were going to make it until the next morning, so that kind of stunk but they were at my house basically at 8am. Richard did an awesome job at explaining everything to me, and answering all of the questions I had. He did phenomenal work as everything looked really great after he was finished. He was very quick and thorough. This was my first water heater to breakdown so I had, and still have, no idea what a great price for an installation is but it seemed reasonable to me. Overall I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter!

Awesome service, thank you Wayne! I'm so grateful he turned my frustrating problem into a fast and solid solution. I hired a contractor to install my tub surround and they could not get the new waterline, shower head and spout installed properly... hot/cold lever was upside down, pipe to old shower head was stuck, and spout had a large gap between it and the wall (cause major water damage)... contractor came back to fix errors, now the water lever won't shut the water off (water ran continuously), spout became defective (jammed the adaptor) having to purchase a new one, and the pipe to the old shower head was still stuck. I called Roto Rooter (they're in my contact list). Wayne looked over the issues and confidently said, we'll get this fixed for you- shouldn't be a problem. He sure did fix it, very professional, fast, and great work! Weeks of frustration dealing with a contractor, to having relief in 30min. Thank you Wayne!
