My wife and I woke up this morning to a burst pipe (due to the overnight cold) originating from our exterior hose bib, which was flooding our basement. After shutting off the water main, the first two things I did was call Serv Pro (also great) and Roto Rooter... And from there our day was so much better. Serv Pro sent in a two man clean up crew and then our hero, Giovanni from Roto Rooter, came through to detect and repair the water leak issue. It turns out that our exterior hose bib was installed incorrectly, leading to additional cold reaching the interior, which then burst the interior pipe near the elbow. Giovanni spent literally 5.5 hours on our job, between his work at our home and the errand he needed to run for supplies. He also was extremely thorough to make sure that the problem won't happen again. Triple checked all his connections, moved the pipe further out from the adjacent exterior wall, and added foam pipe insulation as well. Then he cleaned up after himself despite the fact that our basement was already a disaster. Incredible. They were also VERY fair on pricing giving our immediate need on a weekend. We could not be happier with the Sunday, emergency service that we got from Roto Rooter, and specifically Giovanni. Thank you guys for saving us and restoring our water, and preventing this from happening again in the future! š

Excellent service from Giovanni! Not only did a great job cleaning and unclogging the kitchen sink, he was also very kind and we had a very nice conversation while he worked. 2nd time we use Roto-Rooter, we will use them again and probably request Giovanni next time. He gets 5 stars!! He even guaranteed us 6 months, or he would return and do the 2nd time for free.
Now the 4 stars are due to pricing. We didn't schedule an emergency service, so we were expecting about half what we paid, since we have had this done before.
Otherwise great service. We are thankful we were able to have a quick availability to fix it.

Jason Burrows did an excellent job finding and fixing the clog in our kitchen sink drain. He was timely, professional, and efficient. Our sink was functioning again within an hour, and we are very appreciative! Roto Rooter offered service on the weekend (Sunday morning), which saved us a day or two of waiting. Overall, great service. Highly recommend!

I contacted Roto-Rooter for a second opinion after an issue with my sump pump. I was fortunate enough to have Jason as the technician sent. He was thorough from the moment he walked in. He looked everything over from top to bottom. He walked me through every step and perfectly explained how things were vs how they should be. He was honest and upfront which I truly appreciated. Iām a first time home owner and not knowledgeable in the least when it comes to repairs. Jason was trustworthy and I followed his recommendation. I really appreciated his service today and I will certainly be recommending them in the future. Thank you Jason for your expertise!

As usual, our Roto-Rooter tech [Luke] was friendly, knowledgeable, and took care to keep the work area and our house clean. Prior to the visit we were kept updated via txt on arrival time. Luke left his business card in case we needed anything else, which we did [due to the need of additional hardware]. The followup visit was within a couple hours of our call, thankfully Luke found a repair solution that was less invasive than we feared, and now our shower performs better than expected. Plus, each tech we've used in the past have always had good things to say about their employer. Win, win, win!
