Darren Shute did a great job. The amount of work he did and the quality of it was unmatched. He took his time and was able to figure out how to chip away concrete and other things all while trying to stay quiet because my wife and daughter was sleeping. I highly recommend him.

Darren Shute the service technician was courteous, knowledgeable, experienced and very detailed oriented. He unclogged my main drain when one other plumbing company wouldn't even tackle the job. He provided me excellent customer service and I would highly recommend him. Thank you. Have a great day.

Do not use them if you want any kind of timely repair! We had a drain stop working on us because of the cold, so we called to schedule an appointment. They scheduled one and let us know that someone would be there before 4pm. We needed this repaired that day because there was an impending snow storm. At 3pm, we get an automated message saying they are delayed but we are next in line. We get the same message at 4:30 pm. By 6:15 pm, we are getting nervous and call them, to which they say they will have the dispatch call us in a few minutes. An hour passes, no call from them, so we call again and they hand us over to dispatch, who says we are 2nd in line (what happened to first in line?) and expect 2 hour delays. We said we had been delayed 4 hours she said oh 4 hours then, but assured us someone would get to us. She calls again at 8pm to assure us someone will be there eventually. At 10:30pm, she said someone was coming and be ready in about a half hour. At 11:30pm, she says oh they actually don’t have the equipment (to snake a drain?) and won’t make it until tomorrow. Tomorrow finally arrives along with the snow and now they can’t make it due to weather. We canceled and this was honestly some of the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. If we had just been told it wasn’t happening, we would have had picked someone else and not been stuck without a shower for days.
