Lourele Roberts with Roto-rooter came out to fix 2 of my toilets that were running and not flushing properly. He was very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter and Lourele! I will definitely use them again!

I received awesome customer service from Lourele Roberts #2126. His expertise and kindness was appreciated. He was able to solve my issuse with my bath tub in a great timing manner. His helper was also very kind and professional. This is my first time using rooter routers and from this experience I definitely will use them again.

Christian was amazing! He came out at an emergency call. He was very sweet, professional, and came to our rescue after hours
. Roto-Rooter Should be proud to have him as a part of their team! He was phenomenal. He solved our problem and did A phenomenal job. He is literally a lifesaver. We had family coming into town this evening, he showed up within an hour notice and solved the problem.

You should have a reasonable starting price for a particular job then adjust it up or down depending on how much work and time will be required once you see it. My simple drain clean took less than 30 minutes and cost over $400 minus an about $40 for a coupon. With no complications
