We had a clog that wouldn't allow us to use any toilets or sinks and it was 9:00 at night. Kyle came within the hour. He was very knowledgeable and figured out what he thought the problem was right away. He thought it was a venting problem and with how quickly it cleared he was probably right. He said the camera would be able to confirm (which would come later). He was very kind and extremely helpful and got us fixed up! We are happy we chose Roto Rooter for our emergency and really glad we got Kyle.

We had a drain backup from the sewer line, and Roto Rooter was able to come same day to check it out. Our technician Kyle was excellent, walking us through everything clearly, resolving the clog in the sewer line, and laying out the potential issues and options going forward. So helpful!

Kyle provided a very professional service and was able to quickly identify the issue and set a plan of action up for us.
He was very polite and friendly and gave us some very helpful tips.
He proactively cleaned up after working and put all items back under the sink. Ive never seen a plumber care as much as this about ensuring we are all completely set to go.
