We had an issue with our water heater on a Sunday afternoon. Our plumber George was personal, professional, explained everything he was going to do,and the cost. The price of the repair was fair. From when we called to when the work was complete was less then 4 hours! Overall we had a great experience and would use them again.

f I could give zero stars, I would. I had this company come out today because I suspected a clogged pipe caused by tree roots. The technician said they could clean it for $814. He charged my card, then ran a scope down the drain and immediately said the pipe was broken and couldn’t be cleaned. He told me it would cost $6,500 to repair and then just left.
I received no receipt, no paperwork, and no documentation of what was done. It feels like I paid $814 for absolutely nothing, especially since it seems they knew the pipe was likely broken before charging me. The whole situation feels misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company and plan to contact the BBB.

Although it was super expensive (smart toilet install $1100), my plumber was great. Anthony informed me about every step of the process and went above and beyond to get the job done correctly. They were also easy to schedule online.

I hate being a bad review leaver but alas: Called about an issue. "Plumber" came out, snaked from an area outside, that was completely unessential to the problem, for 5 mins and came back and told me I had a broken pipe and it'll be $8500 to fix. Charged me $900+ to come out, speed run my problem, not show me any pics, and then misdiagnose it. Guy was at my house for 10 mins. I had a real plumber come out the next day, spend 3 hours snaking through the TOILETS and fix my issue for $750. Then roto rooter had the nerve to only refund HALF of my money. That was the icing on the cake.
Edit: Higher ups made it right. Thanks for working with me.

I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup recently. My sewer line collapsed on Jan. 14. Dennis and the water mitigation team came out and dealt with that emergency situation and mitigated to make sure further damage did not occur. They tore out part of my walls, floors, etc., and set up huge fans to dry everything out and prevent mold. Then David in the plumbing area took over and did A-1 work, he also set up for the excavation team to come out for the dig and replace the sewer line. Everything was done within a few days. Even when there was a larger hole left behind once the snow disappeared, the excavation team (including Greg, Andy, Dillon) came back out on a Saturday and fixed everything, evened the ground out and even lengthened my cleanout spout. Great job all around.
