My service man came the same day as when I called in to get help with a clogged toilet! He fixed it in record time and it works wonderfully. Thank you for being available On the same day. He had Nice attitude and did great work

Dave arrived and immediately had me hand over my credit card info which I thought was different and for an amount that seemed high but must have included the augering and camera input. After the evaluation he insisted I sign a contract to complete the work indoors and out. I said I wanted to call my insurance first to see if it was covered. He strongly suggested I call them after I signed. Again he persists with me signing. He said that insurance would not cover it and they're no good and are not reliant. But I chose to call them and it was covered. I don't know if he knew how he was aware how desperate he sounded. I probably wouldn't use them again.
