Daniel was the technician who came out to help us with our sewage backup issue, and he was absolutely amazing. He was extremely friendly, professional, and empathetic during a very stressful situation.
He explained that the clog appeared to be a large buildup of paper and was able to clear the line. He also ran the machine through the kitchen line, which gave us extra peace of mind. Roto-Rooter provided a small discount and included a 6-month guarantee on the work, which we appreciated.
Even though plumbing problems are never fun, Daniel’s kindness, patience, and great customer service made the experience much easier. Thank you, Daniel and Roto-Rooter!

Nick (5287) was awesome! Our entire system was backed up. Water filling up our toilets, showers, and drain in our laundry room. Nick came same day and was able to get things flowing again. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and was very thorough in his work. He and his supervisor (Jonathan) were able to find the issue and suggest a solution on the spot. Both very kind and professional.

Had a great experience with Roto-Rooter when my kitchen sink backed up with a clog. Setting up the initial appointment was seamless. My technician, Kavonte, was very communicative and patient, especially when dealing with having to park downtown and needing to pivot several times during the fix. He was thorough with any questions I had so I could learn how to prevent this in the future. He was respectful of my home and cleaned up after himself. Kavonte was also very nice to my dog which helped keep him calm during the fix with the loud noises. Truly went above and beyond and I’m so appreciative to him.
The only thing I was disappointed with was that Roto-Rooter doesn’t cover cost of parking for technicians when on a job. I think it’s absurd to make technicians pay for their own parking in urban areas where there isn’t free parking available. If you service that area, that’s a cost of doing business and should be taken on at the corporate level to reimburse employees.
With that aside, it was an overall great experience and I would recommend them.

Our shower drain froze, and Tyreek was determined to get it cleared for us. He did a great job and was extremely professional and courteous the whole time. The entire team was excellent about keeping us informed about when our technician would be showing up
