He took pictures and sent text to make sure we were able to see the progress that was being made. He scheduled meeting times with the inspectors to make sure everyone was on the same page. It was something like I’d never experienced before when dealing with rotor companies like I have in the past. He gave top tier service. Hunter and Josh came right away, gave me a free estimate that was so much less than the others i had received...and made everything all better in no time flat! Kelly and Ben came to see about the perfect job the guys did. The guys are Roto Rooter are the most incredible bunch of folks I may have ever met. Terry came out fast and got us back in shape the same day. I highly recommend his company’s services and he was great to work with. Kelly and his team came out next for the second stage of under slab repair and did a great job as well and explained the issue we had and the repair very well. The last stage of repairs was mitigation and John came out with his guys for that and again, did an excellent job. The whole experience with Roto Rooter has been excellent. I highly recommend them for all these services!

Sundays are not the ideal day for repair services however I received the exception to the rule with excellent and timely service from John and Jackson. My issue was not only fixed but the latter from water damage has been coordinated with my insurance company to complete the project. I recommend Roto Rooter for any plumbing/water issue job. 5 star service
