AWESOME COMPANY AND SERVICE! Intake call was a little iffy, so it did sort of threw me off but she got us a immediate response and appointment. Both Johnny and Jacob came out completed the evaluation and quote. They also knew I had another company scheduled to give us a quote as well due to my parent's previous horrible experience. Re: Price, we thought pricey but we don't have anything to compare it to. After discussion that afternoon with my parents, just because of the men's presentation and quick to come, we moved forward. My parents had been in this nightmare long enough. The guys came out next day, and finished project in ONE DAY!!! My parents finally had running water, no more buckets of water, shower plumbing ready to go and unknownst to us, the toilet had issue and they took care of it. No money up front either. Waited for job to be complete, to be examined and once satisfied provided the invoice!!!!! Totally recommend them. Will be having them come out to my house next for quote.

The service was excellent. ! They sent Juan over. He had muscles and was very intelligent. He knew exactly how to fix our broken brass water heater pipes and how we wanted the new setup to be. Job was done to perfection. He fixed all my mistakes and let me know which ones I made too so I didn’t make them again. Awesome service thank you !!!

Only updating the review to claim there was no confusion...on my end.. being told there is no service charge and then turning around trying to charge me a service fee is not confusion.
I would just be mindful when setting an appointment. I called sometime last week with an issue I was told there is no service fee. They put it in had someone from scheduling call me to set up the schedule again no service fee mentioned (mind you first call was told 0$) day of I was told it is a $75 service fee I told them I was told there was no service fee when they called again to schedule I was not informed of anything they said they would call to see if anyone would honor that after several minutes the rep returned back to me stating there was no plumber willing to honor the no service fee that I was told, for me. Customer service is great other than that.

Daniel G and Jimmy came out and worked on my issue with the plumbing in my home. After explaining my problem they were able to troubleshoot prior to further inspection and definitely let me know these guys had some good experience. Daniel and Jimmy explained the process in detail and also preventative measures by routine maintenance to reduce further damage. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter plumbing!

I called because my tankless water heater isn't working right. They said $75 for the service call and that amount can be put toward the repair if I go with them. The technician arrived and said the diagnosis was going to be $378. I said I thought it was going to be $75. He said "that is for me to drive over here. What if I could call my supervisor and make it $250 for the diagnosis." I told him that U'd like him to leave. He still wanted the $75. Told him he was out of luck.
