I called Roto Rooter at 8am on Saturday morning and an hour later Jeff showed up and explained the process and pricing up front. He worked fast and was determined to find where the leak was coming from in my kitchen. Jeff was very friendly and knowledgeable. After some poking and prodding he found the leak and quickly contacted Joe Alvarado, their Water Restoration Field Supervisor. Joe confirmed where the leak was coming from and used a tool to spot all the areas that had water damage in my house. He gave great advice on filing a claim and even did it for me. He is well versed and saved me so much time and stress because nothing like this has happened to me before as long as I’ve lived in my home. Joe was extremely friendly and kept my family and I at ease. Britney and Nathaniel came in to do the demolition of the affected areas and wer nothing but courteous and respectful of my property. It’s been almost 24 hours since my first interaction and I’ve been nothing but appreciative and pleased with the work and service I’ve received. Thank you Joe, Jeff, Britney and Nathaniel for your hard work.

Johnny was super professional and thorough, as was Jacob his helper. They replaced my kitchen faucet, and discovered a non-related leak in our reverse osmosis system that I’m now addressing. You guys were great!!🏆🏆

Nicolas was very punctual and professional. He quickly determined the source of our issue and he went to work resolving it in less than one hour! If I were to encounter another issue, I’d call Roto-Rooter and ask for Nicolas again! A job well done!!!
