This time around, I had more than one problem with a bathroom, shower faucet tub, drain etc but William has a lot of patience. More than anyone I know. He got to the bottom of it. It took him a while, but he got it. I had two other people look at this problem and didn’t fix it…. Always always trust ROTO-Rooter

Great experience with This company! The tech Scott was very nice and informative. I called on Thursday afternoon, 3 o’clock, and he was there the next morning at the beginning of the time frame and got my gas water heater up and running with no issue. Highly recommend! Also the lady at the office was very nice and helpful. Sorry forgot her name

Adrian was awesome! I had a bad backup in my main sewer line. Adrian came out, diagnosed, and had another fellow (Jason) meet him out here to help and to give me an estimate for a better solution for my problem for the future, but didn't uncomfortably push me at all to do it!. Both men were very kind, professional, and cleaned up after themselves! I appreciate everything you all did for me!

Adrian from Roto-Rooter was absolutely fantastic. He arrived promptly, was extremely professional, and worked efficiently to resolve our issue. He was in and out quickly but still took the time to explain exactly what was going on and what needed to be done, which I really appreciated.
He also made sure to keep our kitchen very clean while he worked, which is rare when it comes to plumbing and clogs.
Most importantly, he was very honest and upfront about the pricing and the work that needed to be done. It’s rare to find service like that these days.
He was also very nice to my dog which is a huge plus!!!!
If you’re lucky enough to get Adrian as your technician, you’re in great hands. Highly recommend!

Josh Killinger and Scott Jacobson needs 5 stars 🌟 they did great. More then we planned before they came out but they we're honest from the beginning we made a plan and nothing changed after that. We have a new water heater and water softener to last hopefully a lifetime or more. Thank you Roto Rooter also Candy on the phone and Tyrese were great too. Highly recommend!
