Raif was extremely professional and efficient. He really did go above and beyond the normal experience you would expect. He explained everything in detail to me and he did an excellent job repairing and replacing our soft water valve and piping. 10 out of 10. Give this man a raise! He deserves it.

Leonard did an outstanding job fixing both my toilet and sink. He showed up on time, was professional, and immediately got to work diagnosing the issues. What I appreciated most was how clearly he explained what was going on and how he was going to fix it no confusion, no runaround.
Both repairs were done quickly and properly, and everything has been working perfectly since. He was respectful of my space, cleaned up after himself, and made the whole process stress-free.
If you get Leonard, you’re in good hands. I’d definitely call him again and highly recommend him to anyone needing reliable plumbing work.

Joe Blum was awesome! He was punctual professional and diligent. He stayed until the problem was solved, very knowledgeable about my situation and was cleanly as well. I would recommend him and the company to my friends and family for sure. If I have any more issues I know exactly who to call. I wish I had more stars to give

Went with Roto Rooter to deal with a clogged line. They were great at communication involving a time frame. Scott Bowers was the plumber and he is very personable and explained everything in detail. Explained the process and possible causes for the issue. Was able to get the line unclogged rather quickly. Determined the issue. He then had his camera guy Sammy Watkins come to look at the lines and find the clean out so that in the future it will be easier for us. Scott made sure to clean up the area and make it look better than it looked before his arrival. Will definitely use them again and ask for Scott for my next job.

Michael is FANTASTIC
He helped us REPLACE our entire hot water heater and our kitchen faucet which was leaking under the sink and told us about a coupon which saved us like $200! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and just an overall good dude. 10/10 would want him back for future work!
