Used the Roto Rooter app to make appointment. Then called at 4 am too. Dan professionally confirmed the app appointment. Christian arrived on time, used a pricey crimping tool to install a copper shutoff valve - Nice artwork! Then Melissa got Sam for me, who got Logan to show off his own artwork…on the toilet. Logan also polished Christian’s copper even more impressive! Also reviewed the invoice for me. Pleased with the speed, talent, and cordiality of all involved. A bit pricey for me but I like the Roto Rooter results and will forego other purchases.

I highly recommend Andres Ramirez from Roto-Rooter! Had a fantastic experience with him installing our new Water Heater. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and very neat—left the workspace spotless. He was patient in answering all our questions and even found a coupon we didn't know the company had, saving us money. Also thank you to John, who did a great job in our new Water Softener System, Truly professional work from both of you!

Currently remodeling our bathroom. After placing our tile realized there was an issue with the toilet when I went to put it back on. Was able to stop by within a few hours and fix the issue without having to rip up the tile I just layed. Even installed the toilet at no charge. Very happy.

Josh and Chris are the pair. Can’t complain and they’re both such a nice guy explaining to me how the repair needs to be done. I highly recommend both technicians. If ever I have issues again regarding plumbing repairs definitely I will request Josh or Chris. More than 5 stars to both
guys.

Today was the first time we ever used Roto-Rooter and we are glad we did. We chose them because of their positive reputation and no trip charge policy. They send a serviceman who scopes out the issue, discusses it with you and provides a price. You either go with it or send them on their way. Our plumber, Josh, was so friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. He took his time with us and reviewed what he did and why. He was patient and kind. We will absolutely use them again should we ever need a plumber. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter.
