We just moved into a new house and had what seemed like a complex issue. I looked up places around and Roto had a 4.8 star rating. Was a bit weary of big companies but I had them come out to do a free inspection/drain unplug and Frank arrived within an hour. He was awesome. Very down to earth and grounded. He answered all of my questions with ease in a way I could understand. The level of trust I felt was enough to leave the house and not worry. He did everything he could to solve our issue and helped us come up with a plan to fixed what is needed.
Pricing was very fair and flat rate. I got coupons through their website (veteran for ours)
Thanks Frank

We attempted to go with a competing company, we’re given a $960 estimate more or less just to diagnose the problem and we’re told the work would come with no warranty. Ended up going with Roto-Rooter and had an absolutely fantastic experience. Our plumber, James Wyse, was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient proficient, and did everything in his power to make sure that we got the best deal possible. The plumber from the other company spent 40 minutes, looking for our sewage line and came up empty-handed and proposed putting a camera in our pipes just to help locate it. James found it in 15 minutes and saved us probably $250 in the process to avoid having to lift our toilet. James turned what was shaping up to be an absolutely horrid day and made it fantastic And I can go to bed with a smile on my face. I would 100% recommend this company over any other company in our area. Also just want to mention the work came with a six month warranty so if for whatever reason we have an issue again, The job will be taken care of free of charge. I can just only hope that if that were to happen, they would send James to do the job because I know he can do it and he will do it better than any other plumber I’ve ever worked with With. I am not sure what you were paying this man, but I can guarantee you it is not enough. Thank you, James for the great service!

The original service call involved a simple repair of a cracked 1/2" PVC pipe that required shutting off the water supply, replacing the damaged section, and coupling the PVC line. What should have been a straightforward 15-minute repair turned into a major operational failure due entirely to your technician’s lack of preparation and negligence.
To begin with, your plumber arrived without the necessary materials to complete even a basic PVC repair, carrying only a single coupler. I have never encountered a plumbing service vehicle that was not properly stocked with standard fittings for routine emergency work. As a result, your technician had to drive approximately 20 minutes away to meet another plumber and obtain additional couplers, unnecessarily delaying the repair.
The repair itself did not begin until approximately 10:45 PM and was finally completed shortly after midnight. However, the far more serious issue occurred when your technician attempted to restore the water and backflow system. During this process, he broke the handle on the main water line assembly, causing water to gush uncontrollably into the parking lot.
We immediately contacted the city, who informed us that the damage was the responsibility of Roto-Rooter because your technician admitted he broke the handle. Despite this being clearly caused by your employee, we were then informed that no immediate repair would be made and that we would have to wait until the following day.
This left our restaurant without sufficient water service or pressure to operate, directly impacting our ability to open for business. Even more frustrating, we were not treated as a priority emergency after your company caused the damage. We were reportedly placed third in line for repairs, and your crew did not arrive until approximately noon the next day.
To make matters worse, after causing the damage yourselves, your company attempted to charge us over $4,800 to repair the very pipe and system your technician broke.
This entire situation reflects a severe lack of professionalism, preparation, accountability, and customer care. So be prepared to get screwed. I equate this to getting oil change but mechanic never adds oil and the engine blows. Company would take of the engine no questions ask. THIS ISN'T ROTO-ROOTER!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience with Technician Domion was excellent. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was personable taking time to answer my questions when needed. Work was done on time. Very deserving of the 5 star rating.

Frank the Plumber was awesome. Showed up on time, got straight to work, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything in a simple way and didn’t try to push anything extra. The job was done fast and everything works perfectly now. Super easy to talk to and left everything clean too. Definitely a 5-star experience—would 100% recommend him.
