John was hands down the best contractor I’ve worked with. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and fixed the issue the right way — not the quick way. No upselling, no pressure, just honest advice and solid work.
You can tell he takes pride in what he does. The job was clean, efficient, and done to a higher standard than I expected. If you want someone who actually knows their stuff and stands behind their work, he’s your guy.
Wouldn’t call anyone else.

Angel was our technician. He was knowledgeable and explained it to us very well. He was patient with our question. We feel like we are able to proceed with a better plan now that we know exactly what happened. Our cost was a bit high due to the urgency and it being on a holiday but to gain knowledge on the situation that caused rain water to backup into our house was worth it.

Angel was the technician and he was fantastic. He came same day and worked on an outdoor drain in pouring rain. He solved my problems with several unusual solutions. Great work and very friendly and professional. The on-line reservation system was also easy and efficient. And lots of communication about arrival time and confirmation. Highly recommend.

Angel is the best! what a great smile, beautiful personality. So extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made this unfortunate experience very, very pleasant. If we ever have any issues again, I would absolutely want him to be the technician to take care of us. Give this man a raise.He really deserves it 😉 oh, and let me not forget. There was another gentleman that came out to check on some things with him. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name. So I'm so sorry for that. But he was so professional and so helpful as well. They are really some great guys!

The 5 stars is for the technician (Khup). The technician who arrived was very friendly, professional, and took the time to listen carefully to the issue I was experiencing. After completing the repair, he clearly explained the cause of the problem, which I appreciated. I thanked him for his work, as he provided excellent service.
However, my appointment window was scheduled between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. When no technician had arrived, I called at 9:50 AM to inquire about the delay. At that time, I was informed that another technician would need to be assigned, with an estimated arrival around 10:00 AM. I called again at 11:00 AM and was then told the technician was approximately 20 minutes away.
As this was my first experience, I am disappointed with the scheduling and communication. While the technician himself did a great job and the issue was not his fault, the overall experience did not meet expectations.
