Then proceeded to repair the drain quickly and efficiently. He did an amazing job and taught me something I did not previosly know. Thanks Juan!!

Easter weekend we had a plumbing emergency for the first time. When I called, It was great they could give me a timeframe the plumber would be out… And they came. Thank goodness it wasn’t a huge repair however, Juan was very kind and educational.
Six month warranty and they include a free camera inspection. This is great!

I had an emergency at one of my listings and Roto Rooter had Juan out within 2 hours. He was great and corrected the issue! Their follow up was great as well while I was waiting for Juan to arrive. I even had a mold remediation contact (Jorge) called me to introduce himself to see if in the future we needed any assistance. Great customer service!! I will definitely use them in the future.

The experience with Roto Rooter today was amazing from start to finish. From the initiall call to the actual service I have no complaints. Drew is an amazing plumber. 35 years of experience!!! He took the time to not only identify the issue but found the parts and got them the same day and got the work done. He is incredibly knowledgeable and a great man. What a blessing to have some like Drew working for this company. Roto Rooter should be real proud! And let me tell you really professional and by the way nice hat he was wearing. He has some class!! Overall fantastic service and amazing quality!!!!
