The day after I moved into my new house my hot water heater started leaking and flooded the room. I called Roto-Rooter and they sent out their tech Harrison. He was amazing!! My hot water heater was under warranty, and Harrison went above and beyond by working directly with the warranty company to make sure I received a brand-new replacement. He came out during a huge snowstorm to remove the old one, go pick up the new one, and install it to make sure my little girls and I had hot water again!
He was so incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He took his time explaining everything about the new water heater, taught me how it works, and answered all of my questions without rushing. He is extremely smart and truly cares about doing the job right and helping his customers!
He did such a good job and I’m so thankful he helped me so much during such a stressful time!

Harrison was absolutely amazing!!! I would give him 10 stars if I could. He worked extraordinarily hard in the snow and sleet in the middle of the night to get our lines cleared and flowing.He was Extremely professional, very knowledgeable, And an absolute joy to talk to. If ever, I have a need for Roto Rooter plumbing again, I would hope that I would be able to personally request Harrison as our plumber. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Harrison and Evan provided an excellent experience from start to finish. The technicians was knowledgeable, very friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The service was efficient and professional, and I felt confident in the work being done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Harrison did an awesome job! He got our problem resolved quickly and was very professional and knowledgeable. We will be requesting him in the future for our plumbing needs! He was out the same day as our call and cleared out our clogged plumbing line with no issues. He is very patient and kind.
