The technician was very good and polite. I had no problem with anything except for the cost! $438 was a lot more than I expected for one hour or maybe less to unclog a kitchen drain and that was after a $100 senior discount. I was expecting under $300.
I will do more research next time.

Ricky came to my house and flushed out my sump pump discharge line that way clogged. He was very nice and helpful. Answered all my questions and let me know what was going on the whole time. Was very helpful and told me what to watch out for in the future. Would recommend them based off my experience 10/10 times. Called at 1 am the night prior and they were there that morning by 730. Reasonable pricing as well.

Ricky was great! Very professional and polite. Got right to work and curitouis of my home and respectful. I feel like I'm getting three services in one. One person came and check to see if I had e water damage with a sensor, then Ricky snaked the main sewer line, and then a guy to do a camera check to make sure everything looked good. Highly recommend especially if you have an older home and a access in the basement only.

We were so happy with our service. The technician was out within the first couple of hours after we called for service. He was professional and explained the cost very clearly. They also sent a technician to do a camera review of the sewer line after the service was complete at our request for a home inspection. We could not have been more pleased with the process and with both technicians!

Daniel O. Did an excellent job. He took his time and was patient while answering all my questions. Excellent customer service. Resolved the multiple problems. Daniel double checked his work for accuracy. He also cleaned up the work space and was respectful of my property. He was very knowledgeable and took pride in his job and demonstrated the company values. He reassured that the company stands by thier work. Great 😊 experience.
