Cadyn and Corey were prompt, extremely courteous and meticulous in their work. They explained my options up front, were very efficient, and had that toilet clog removed in minutes. They apologized for not asking ahead of time about using some of my TP to test the toilet once the clog was removed (unnecessary to ask but appreciated) and asked me to test it as well. Amazing I haven't had to use a plumber for such services before but would call RR again. Ask for this crew!

We called after dealing with very slow drainage issue for our washing machine. Every drain cycle the water would come up in the hand sink and we sometimes had to scoop the water into the toilet so the sink wouldn't run over. When we called Roto-rooter we were expecting to get an appointment sometime in the next week, but someone was immediately available. Less than 2 hours later a technician arrived. It took several tries with the electric snake to clear the problem. Success! The washer now drains freely. No more running down the stairs to make sure the sink isn't overflowing. Thanks Henry!

First, let me say that the folks we've worked with at Roto Rooter are nice. And they show up on time and seem to do good work. We asked them to fix a toilet that was running slightly and to reset another toilet that was loose. They charged us $1,000 for these two repairs. Not sure what two new toilets would cost, but I'd guess they would be less. The technician turned off water to our whole house to reset one toilet (apparently he was unable to turn off the valve at the toilet without replacing it, which we declined). After he left, I noticed water gushing out of our sprinkler control valve box in the lawn. Our best guess is that the water pressure exerted when he turned the water back on broke a valve in the sprinkler valve box. Roto Rooter offered to fix that for $1,200 (which they lowered to $800 when I asked them to consider that we had paid them $7,500 to fix a leaking pipe on our basement 3 months prior). I declined their offer. Our sprinkler company came out and fixed it for $150. I like Roto Rooter's people, I just can't afford to use them.

Our experience didn't go well. They first told us that someone would be out within an hour to check our water heater problem, then told us that it would have to be the next day. We went the whole day without hot water. When they came the next day I thought that the price for the water heater was over inflated but we got it anyway. After he installed the water heater he went to the washroom and took the aerator off of the sink and stripped it. It took them four days to come back and replace it. He wanted to charge us for something that he broke. It was clear that Roto-Rooter actions were not in our best interest. We would never recommend them after this incident. I would rate them with Zero Stars but had to put one star. The service was unacceptable. You can't treat hard working people like that. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Highly recommend this company! From the great work performed, professionalism, and courtesy our family has received over the years we will keep on coming back! No job too small (simple drain clear) nor job too big to replacing main sewer line. Thanks, team especially to Belinda C.
