The service and technician were good but pricey. They were able to get out the same day and clear our drain.
That being, $300 for 30 minutes of work is steep for us. That’s even with a $150 discount. We’ve had similar services from other companies that were more responsible.

Woke up to a shower full of nastiness, and have had roto out in the past so called them again. It's been 2 years since we've used them to open the main, and the price has gone up from around $300 to $450. For that they snaked open the main and the smaller line leading to it. They also have a person come check for water damage and to run a camera through the main to see what the issue is. Within a few hours they had it open and running smoothly with a video of the issues. Very nice techs and the prices and descriptions of services needed were very clear. They did a great job even with the limited workspace in the utility room.

Main drain line was clogged, noted by wastewater backing up into my downstairs toilet and shower. Discovered the afternoon before my daughter's graduation party. Roto-Rooter promptly came out within the hour. Mason, our technician, was absolutely fantastic. Very courteous, and prompt. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to clear the clogged within an hour. Allowed me to watch the entire evolution and respectfully answered all of my questions. Following clearing the drain, another technician came and with a camera, and videoed the entire drain line, giving my confidence that the issue was resolved. Really appreciate the fantastic service I received the day before my daughter's big party. Thank you Mason and Roto-Router. Price was very reasonable given the urgency and timing of my issue!!

Brandon from Roto Rooter came out on a Saturday and he did a great job with our main drain cleaning. He was great at explaining and knowledgeable. Very friendly too. He helped us with a reasonable price too.

Cayd was very helpful and informative. His work was done in a good timely manner! Was very respectful of our house and pets plus cleaned up after himself. Made sure our water was flowing before he left. I highly recommend.
