Woke up to a shower full of nastiness, and have had roto out in the past so called them again. It's been 2 years since we've used them to open the main, and the price has gone up from around $300 to $450. For that they snaked open the main and the smaller line leading to it. They also have a person come check for water damage and to run a camera through the main to see what the issue is. Within a few hours they had it open and running smoothly with a video of the issues. Very nice techs and the prices and descriptions of services needed were very clear. They did a great job even with the limited workspace in the utility room.

Edwin Reyes was amazing! He came in on a snowy windy day to help us with one of our tenants bathroom. He was quick and very informative and also was super friendly!

Called Roto Rooter and Mike and Ryan had arrived and evaluated the situation. Repair started and Ryan called my insurance company to start the claim. So grateful for the quick response and respect given to me.

Brandon from Roto Rooter came out on a Saturday and he did a great job with our main drain cleaning. He was great at explaining and knowledgeable. Very friendly too. He helped us with a reasonable price too.

Cayd was very helpful and informative. His work was done in a good timely manner! Was very respectful of our house and pets plus cleaned up after himself. Made sure our water was flowing before he left. I highly recommend.
