Our small condo association in Miami Beach had an excellent experience with Roto-Rooter’s Miami branch, largely thanks to Felipe. After another plumber from a different company had snaked our main line and removed what we thought was the blockage, we called Roto-Rooter to perform a camera inspection just to be sure everything was clear. Felipe used the camera to identify two additional blockages that had not been addressed.
Based on what Felipe found, we proceeded with hydro jetting, and the team was able to fully clear the 150-foot main line. Felipe spent several hours on site making sure the issue was properly diagnosed and resolved. He took the time to explain what he was seeing in the line and made sure we understood the situation before moving forward. Throughout the process, Felipe was extremely responsive by phone and text, even outside normal hours. He was professional, courteous, and clearly committed to making sure the job was done right.
We highly recommend the Roto-Rooter Miami branch, and especially Felipe, for anyone dealing with sewer line issues. Their thorough approach and follow-through made a stressful situation much easier to manage.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! From the moment I called, the team was professional, friendly, and quick to respond. The plumber arrived right on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the job with excellent workmanship. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving, and even cleaned up after themselves. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, honesty, and great customer service, but they definitely delivered. Sergio tech #0903 from RotoRooter is phenomenal! He is very polite, informed, practical, and considerate of every situation of the issue and the concern of the apartment. He consulted with me first and gave me a list of potential issues. He provided cost saving solutions. Then we decided what makes sense. Then he performed the work diligently. He was constantly cleaning and ensuring the apartment stayed dry during the fix and install. I would request him next time. I really enjoyed how pleasant he is to work with.
