I had Roto-Rooter perform mitigation services at my property following a water leak, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. After their work, additional issues were discovered, including damage to building materials and environmental conditions that later required evaluation by an independent industrial hygienist. The home is currently deemed uninhabitable, and I have been displaced while paying for housing out of pocket.Despite multiple requests for follow-up, walkthroughs, and documentation, I did not receive meaningful engagement to address the concerns raised. Instead, the matter escalated to a billing dispute, and a lien was placed on the property while the underlying issues remain unresolved. At this point, the situation is still ongoing, but I would strongly encourage others to ensure full documentation, clear scope, and post-mitigation verification when working with any company

Very knowledgeable technician came to our house to see why our hot water was in and out. He found some other issues and helped solve the problem and educate us on maintenance of our water tank. He let us take pictures of the corrosion and explained how the previous people who installed the pipes didn’t use the right material. Overall a good experience with them

Roto Rooter has been extremely easy to work with. We had a leak that damaged multiple rooms. They walked us through the process and even assisted us in reaching out to insurance for repairs to anything that needed to be demolished. They have worked quickly and wasted no time to get the issue resolved and prevent further damage. Cory and Dejan have been very kind and patient with us and done a fantastic job opening up the area that needed to be cut open and cleaning up the water. They made sure to keep everything neat and cleaned up very well after the demolition stage. Josh had initially come out to check out the issue and quickly notified the company to take the next step to address the concern. Adam came to fix the leak and was able to address the concern quickly and professionally. He provided better quality materials than what the builder of the home used to prevent any future leaks. The field manager Juan has been going out of his way to assist us with any insurance concern. The safety inspector, Dillon was also very kind and pleasant. They have all made an extremely stressful situation much more bearable!

Excellent experience with Roto-Rooter! The technician arrived early, was extremely friendly and professional, and quickly figured out the issue after my daughter flushed a toy down the toilet. He actually removed the toilet to retrieve the toy from behind it and had everything fixed in no time. He cleaned up thoroughly afterward and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Really appreciated the honesty, efficiency, and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I am very disappointed with the service we received. We originally called Roto-Rooter to fix leaks in two bathroom sinks. The technician replaced a couple of hoses and charged us ~$500. He tested it and said it was fine, so we assumed the issue was resolved.
One month later, the sink is leaking again.
We called them back and were told the faucet itself is actually the problem—a repair they now want another $549 to complete. Because the original leak wasn't actually fixed, a moisture inspector has now identified water damage in our cabinet. I've been told we may need to remove the sink and tile to inspect for mold, which could cost upwards of $4,000.
If the technician had correctly identified the faucet as the source of the leak the first time, we would have replaced it immediately and avoided this entire headache. I feel like I paid $500 for a "fix" that did nothing while the actual leak continued to damage my home. I would not recommend them; I don't trust their diagnostics or their pricing.
