A pipe above the bathroom ceiling was leaking and 1/3 of the ceiling had fallen down. This was on Easter Sunday morning and a supervisor was at the house within the hour. The job was completed that same morning. It was truly amazing to not just receive exceptional service but on a weekend holiday too!

The team over at Roto-Rooter’s work at my home was phenomenal. They handled the process from start to finish with tremendous respect and clarity. I can’t thank them enough for how easy they made this process. I had a pipe burst in my bathroom that completely soaked the walls of my bedroom. It was a disaster.
Also, I want to give a special thanks to Mark, who was the primary point of contact, and made everything from dealing with insurance to repairs a breeze. The guy was extremely helpful and made this process stress-free with his experience and knowledge.
