Manuel from Roto-Rooter was excellent! He came out quickly, unclogged our drain efficiently, and explained everything clearly along the way. Orlando was great, very professional and friendly. He got here checked out the problem of the clogged drain and had it cleared and flowing and everything cleaned up in a timely manner. Great job! Reasonable price for the work done.

I am in charge of sewer pump stations and exterior lines under our roads consisting of 341 single family homes in Oxford Greens. Brandon and Aaron from American Rooter came today to evaluate some sewer lines with camera technology. On time, polite and extremely knowledgeable and professional. Oniel, was great. He arrived on time and diagnosed the issue. He worked on it and made sure everything was good before he left. He even left the area cleaned. Hopefully this doesn't happen again but I would definitely call Oniel again if I have to!
