I had a drain problem today and when I needed a professional, Richard was there ready for me in 30 minutes! From start to finish, I’d say it only took an hour at most! Richard was absolutely amazing. He came out to help my grandmother with a backup in her tub and truly went above and beyond. He was fast, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. On top of that, he was incredibly friendly, he made us feel like we had known him forever, which made the whole experience so much more comfortable. Not only did he fix the issue quickly, but he was also respectful, professional, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s such a relief to have someone reliable and kind during a stressful situation. We’re very grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone!

Richard was professional and personable. He was persistent with his troubleshooting and did not give up until it was fixed.
The issue was eventually resolved and he did a great job cleaning up after he left. This was not how we planned to spend our Mother’s Day but Richard was a life saver!

Richard was very friendly and helpful during the appointment. He walked me through the steps to what he was doing while diagnosing the issue and had helpful tips afterwards. Roto-Rooter has been our go-to plumbing company since we moved to our home. I do think they’re slightly expensive but based on the experience it is worth it.
