He even pointed out potential future issues he spotted that didn’t need to be addressed today. We asked for his card because if we ever need a plumber again we definitely will just call him directly.

Had a kitchen sink/dishwasher drain that was clogged. Had another company out that couldn’t get it done. Eli came out for roto rooter and didn’t give up. Got it done! Did a great job And great attitude.

I would highly recommend. I called late friday with an issue that just happened and they were here quickly, like within a couple of hours. Ricardo carefully assessed the situation and repaired, with care, taking the time to be detailed, and explain everything to me. The camera visualization of the septic line was also very valuable. I really appreciate the fast response, quick repair and kind people.
