Reserving an appointment was easy and confirmation came quick! And I was able to get an appointment within 24hrs, would’ve been sooner if I didn’t have to work. Dalek was who came to help resolve our issues and he was truly awesome! Super kind and informative, was able to resolve the issue within 20 minutes and showed me a couple of options to try if the problem were to happen again! Couldn’t recommend him enough!

Really liked the tech that serviced us today. Pleasant, friendly and understood the task on hand. It was a tuff job and got it done pretty quick. If I ever need them again I will request this tech. The cost was worth the cleaning compared to replacing. Very happy.

I want to start off by saying that originally this was a really not good experience that ended good because of the technician named Gabe. Gabe came out pretty late in the evening to look at a sewage and drain issue that the first tech had a problem completing. He drove all the way here from across Buffalo to make things right. Gabe was polite and very easy going. Went right to where he thought the problem was and fixed it with no issues. Explained all the information to me and even offered to help clean up a bad mess left in my bathroom from the original appointment earlier in the day. At one point, im pretty sure all the sewage and gunk quite literally fell ontop of him when the pipe was opened and he just changed his shirt and didn't bat an eye. Not one complaint came from Gabe and he was all smiles. This is an example of someone that should be in leadership or management! Thank you Gabe for your work and cleaning up after yourself before you left. It is much appreciated 👏 P.S. also worth mentioning the supervisor named Matt that came out to make sure everything was good, you rock! Thank you!

Had a sewer backup in basement sink and Roto-Rooter sent Edwin to my home. He was very professional and provided answers to my queries regarding the perceived problem. He gave me an assessment of the situation to include a further follow-up by Roto-Rooter with included camera assessment as part of the service. Edwin is a great company asset.
