Had a horrible experience.
Company was to install a sump pump, and repair a line that was clogged. Almost 11k, and took them a month. Outside excavation was done in a day, and all went well there. Installation of a sump pump, took almost a month. The 1st guy came in on a Wednesday, did not complete the job,and broke a basement window of mine, but he came back the following day at 1245, left 45 minutes later, came back 2 hours later, and stayed until 9:15 pm..still did not get sump pump installed. Company sent another guy out the following Friday, he finished the sump pump installation, cleaned up the previous guys mess that he left in my basement, but installed the drain pipe to drain directly into the gravel where the escavater dug up to fix my pipe. After many calls to the company we're unanswered, I contacted a customer service satisfaction manager in Cincinnati. After leaving a voice mail message, he never bothered to contact me but he contacted someone in the Buffalo area office, who then immediately has someone out here the next day to fix the drain pipe..4 days I took off of work missed money from my pay, to be pissed off and upset over a job that should not have lasted over a month. And im still waiting to have my window resolved.
Would I recommend Roto Rooter... not a chance...

Albert, Chris, and Dominic were excellent. They came in at a moments notice to fix my gas lines that were not passing inspection. Due to the house being old, a lot of the lines were not meeting expectations and required essentially all new lines. The work was completed within a day and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely go through them again for any issues in the future.

Ritchie arrived a was very helpful. He was knowledgeable and professional. He had a trainee with him and he seemed to be explaining every step to him in great detail. My issues was solved quick and efficiently thanks to Ritchie. I would call Roto Rooter again for sure! Thank you

I had Albert and Dominick unclog an upstairs drain. Albert explained the procedure to unclog the drain - where the pipe was located in the wall, where the clog(s) could be in the pipe, why the pipes clog, the different snakes to used to unclog and the possible risks with the pipes. Both gentlemen did a great job......When I allow someone to work on my home, it is important that they are honest and I feel safe having that person enter my home. I know the type of man Albert is, as he goes to my church, and i requested him. I also felt safe and comfortable with Dominick.
