Excavation was scheduled quickly, but I have been calling with no response since February about an improperly mounded hole in front of my house post-excavation. The pipe is a tripping hazard and sticking out a foot above the ground. Left a poop covered auger in my driveway for a month before picking it up, but still no backfill of gravel on the hole. Maybe with this review someone will finally return my call and fix this issue

I’ve had roto out for multiple service calls at rental properties, great service and help for those calls. This past weekend I had a serious sewer backup situation, got an appointment scheduled and waited. With 30 minutes left in my service window, they texted and said I would be next, 3:30pm. Didn’t hear anything for another 2 hours so I called in for an update. Over an hour on the phone waiting to hear from the “dispatcher”, and at 6pm I was advised I was still next in line. 10 minutes later I get a call, saying I was advised incorrectly that I was next in line and they are no longer working for the day and cannot get to me until the following afternoon. They blamed it on a disconnect between their “automated system” /call center and actual availability- an absolute terrible way to run a business, to over promise and under deliver! Especially to an active sewer leak and people who are relying on your help! I had another company come take care of the service within hours of finding this out. Communication is paramount for someone relying on your help and roto absolutely drops the ball on this.

So disappointed with the customer service. Scheduled an appt for Saturday and never received a call as to when they would arrive. I called in and was told they are sorry but would need to reschedule for the following day. So another day of waiting around. I called in when there was an hour left for our time slot and got pushed around on call and disconnected several times. Only one rep Bill was nice. Got a call that my 12p-4p slot now would be somewhere around 7pm. Nope so they can then push me off again. Called back and told them to cancel the service request. That was responded promptly via email before I even finish my call with the rep. Poor service needless to say.

Excellent service. Same day visit without additional charge for that. Problem quickly identified & repaired.
I'm on SS so visit price always seems high but plumber was here 1.5 hrs. Thank you RR!

Ronald came out in a timely fashion, was calm and professional. Explained what was going on and got right to work. He explained what he found while snaking the main sewer line and was efficient and thorough. He was able to clear the blockage and get water flowing. He was a pleasure to work with and a true professional.
