Our old heater broke and we called Rotor Rooter for help. We got appointment the next day. The technician Jacob arrived on time and worked hard all day. He explained the problem with our old heater and gave us detailed description of what needs to be done and what improvements he was going to make. After finishing, he cleaned everything and we got a brand new working heater. We very much appreciated his professionalism and great customer skills.

Emmanuel was our tech and he was outstanding. He was on time and took care of replacing our washer & dryer valves before lunch! He was courteous and made sure to go above and beyond to help us with our plumbing needs. We have used Roto Rooter before and each time has been a great experience.
