Just had a five-star experience with Roto-Rooter. I have a 100-year old house with plumbing issues, and need a sewer cleanout about once a year. I’ve been using Roto-Rooter for several years now, and my tech today Josh was top notch. Excellent communication from start to finish. They let me know they were coming, were on time, courteous and tidy, I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Josh suggested a few things that will help with maintenance and prevention, all much appreciated.

I have had amazing service and I want to give a huge shout out to the plumber Rome they have on staff. He has performed above and beyond expectations every time his service has been required. His mechanical knowledge and the ability to communicate with the customer of what repairs are needed from a plumbers stance have been well above normal mechanics. He goes above and beyond in all aspects that I would expect from someone in the field. He has always kept his site clean whether it be a water heater install to cutting into a cast pipe and installing a clean out/inspection point, his service has never left me wanting for anything. I can't think of another company I would ever call with such an exceptional plumber on hand.
