Remy was absolutely wonderful to deal with, and that does say a lot for most plumbers in general! He was quick, honest and extremely reliable. When he promised a time, he adhered to it, and if he was running even a little late, I received a phone call. I would highly recommend Rose Plumbing and especially if you get lucky enough to have Remy come out and do the job!

I recently moved into a condominium complex and brought a new reverse osmosis filter system with me. I really wanted it to
be installed right away along with an upscale shower filter for the bathroom and I never thought it would be a problem but............... I couldn't seem to find the right plumber to do the job.
I finally called Rose Plumbing and discovered that there are plumbers and there are plumbing experts that know what they're doing and do it right!!! I was especially fortunate to have Simmy, he did an awesome job!!!
On a scale of 1 to 10, I give this company an 11 .

Mr. Rosenthal was very fast to respond and had a very sympathetic behavior and gave me a real feeling that he's there to help and not just tackle my pocket. The job was done right the first time without any compromise in quality and no shortcuts. This is a very reliable and honest company and the one I trust to take care of things that are important done right. Because a patch job holds, but not for long, and when it falls apart, it can be devastating. Thank you so much and keep being the mensch than you are!

I had a great experience using Rose plumbing. They called with an eta both from the tech himself as well as their customer service. Upon arrival the tech was very professional and introduced himself. I had a previous company come out for the same issue of a clogged drain and was very frustrated that the previous company would not warranty their work and talked down to me. The tech took his time and listened to everything I had to say. He did not even once look at me like I was crazy. He walked the entire house with me and understood how frustrated I was. He was able to provide an onsite quote and let me know he could do the work that day to get my drain cleared. He then proceeded to gather some extra equipment and walk me step by step through what he was going to do. During the process the drain was still not clearing and he reached out to the owner of his company. The owner immediately came by introduced himself and continued to work along side of the technician to find the issue and resolve. Without even asking the owner took off his shoes upon entering the house which was very professional. He also took the time to get to know me personally while game planning and brainstorming how to resolve my issue. They were able to unclog my drain and stayed onsite for an extra amount of time to continue testing and making sure that there was no back ups and the system was working properly. Even though it went passed 5PM they continued to monitor for an additional 30 minutes. I can not say enough great things about Rose Plumbing and Simi the tech and Remy the owner. Thank you both so much for taking care of me
