Very unprofessional management, they have one worker that was at my house extremely awesome. Other problem is they claim when they screw up they "want to make it right" but never make it right they dont train their people about soil excavation and re compaction. My yard say because of this they came to fix it an instead of doing it right with their "best skidloader operator" quoting the operations manager. He destroyed my side walk and instead of top soil being put back used fill dirt with rocks and chunks of wood in it. So now I have to spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars to get my yard back just to the way it should be not even being close to the way I had it. Would not recommend for large jobs. This one from them was 27,000$ and now im 3500$ extra in the whole because of them. Pictured is the state of my front yard. As you can see this is not clean black dirt but rather compatible fill dirt with rocks, cement pieces, chunks of wood and other debris. The drop off from my drive way is 2 feet big hole. They claim because they used 1200$ more of dirt they will not be doing anything else what the neglect to mention is that 1200 dollars of dirt was pushed back into a hole they created by not properly compacting the land and it cause not only my yard but also my driveway to collapse. Would not recommend.

Giorgio from Rooter Ranger came out and did an outstanding job snaking my line. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly before and after the work. Our technician was Astrel and he was amazing. Super friendly and efficient! He explained everything to us and even cracked a few jokes. On top of that, the prices are VERY reasonable. What a nice surprise! We will recommend Rooter Ranger to all of our family and friends!

We had a clogged kitchen drain on a Sunday. Called Rooter Ranger and within 30 minutes Giorgio was at our door. He was very polite and professional and was able to clear up our drain very quickly. Price was so reasonable, especially for a weekend. I hope we won’t need them again but if we do we will definitely give Rooter Ranger a call!
